New customers: Please fill out our simple new customer form which is available on request. We will then send you our product price list/order form.

To place an order: You can order by email or telephone.

Prices: All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling £ excluding VAT. Invoices will include VAT at the current rate where applicable.

If you are enquiring from outside the UK we can give you prices in Euros or for FOB orders US Dollars.

Payment: Invoices can be paid by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Credit /Debit Card.

Delivery: All orders will usually be despatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

UK orders of over £150.00 will be sent carriage free. There will be a charge of £6.99 for smaller orders . For the EU and other overseas countries carriage will be charged by weight and carton dimensions.

Returns: If you receive a damaged or faulty item please tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for replacement, refund or credit.
